Clean and decent rooms. Ideal hotel if you are visiting Montemaria Shrine. Located at the heart of Batangas City near SM City Batangas. Very approachable customer service, kudos to their patience in answering my questions and accommodating my requests.

相對於三百多的價格，就是辣雞中的戰鬥雞，房間雖然面積大，但是臨街，無隔音，巨吵。前台沒人值班，服務員在後面小屋子裡麵坐著玩手機，叫她登記Check in，慢吞吞出來那表情就像你欠了她五百萬一樣，空調還是一體機，聲音非大。 應該是家快要倒閉的酒店了。

This hotel is available just not the best conditions. The floor is not clean. There is smell in the room. There’s no AC just temperature adjustment The water in the shower doesn’t have enough pressure pretty scary environment. Lights are not comfortable. It’s basic, but the price is so high.

Honestly, very run down. Would reccomend Pontefino if you really had to be in Batangas. Otherwise go to Lipa.

The hotel was old and it needs some renovation. The place we're clean and the breakfast was also normal, nothing fancy.

The location is accessible to SM Batangas City. We enjoyed our stay there. Malaki yong room na na-booked ko kaya sakto lang samin ng family ko. Malinis and accommodating din ang staff nila. Honest din si Manong guard kasi binalik niya necklace ng daughter ko..nahulog ng Anak ko. Overall superb!

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.
